SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING (SGM) POSTPONED INDEFINITELY

OFFICIAL NOTICE ON PROPOSED SGM 

(SGM POSTPONED INDEFINITELY) 

TO: 

ALL Members of Bottomline Unique Sacco & Entire Members of Bottomline Unique Association (BUA)

'The request to convene a Special General Meeting (SGM) has been objected at this stage.'

'The decision is informed by the ongoing review of a report that was duly submitted to the Commisssioner for Co-operative Development for further consideration, action and determination.'

'In view of the foregoing, the Society is hereby DIRECTED to postpone the Special General Meeting INDEFINITELY, pending the outcome and final determination of the matter by the commissioner for Co-operative Development.'

'KINDLY ENSURE STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THIS DIRECTIVE.'

Members are therefore advised not to attend or participate in any meeting purporting to proceed as the said SGM until further official communication is issued through the proper channels.

We appreciate the patience, cooperation, and understanding of all members.
